主讲内容：The emergence of agentic AI provides newopportunities but also resembles old challenges in decentralized decisionmaking in multi-agent supply networks. Distributed information and localdecision making requires secure sharing of information and alignment ofincentives. This poses challenges in particular under conflicting economic,risk, and sustainability criteria. The keynote reviews existing approaches andsummarizes new opportunities and frameworks in distributed learning and agenticdecision automation as well as aspects of human-AI interaction in this domain.

报告人简介：斯特凡·明纳是慕尼黑工业大学管理学院物流与供应链管理的教授，也是慕尼黑数据科学研究所（MDSI）的核心成员。目前，他是塔吉克斯坦大学管理学院研究与创新副院长。研究兴趣是运用运筹学、人工智能和机器学习的方法进行全球供应链设计、运输优化和库存管理。他的工作发表在许多同行评议期刊上，包括管理科学、制造和服务运营管理、运营研究、生产和运营管理、运输科学、运输研究B/C/E、欧洲运营研究杂志和国际生产研究杂志。他在多家物流和运营研究期刊的编辑委员会任职，目前是《国际生产经济学杂志》的主编。斯特凡·明纳是国际库存研究学会（ISIR）和国际生产研究基金会（IFPR）的研究员，于2024年在德国塔吉克斯坦大学管理学院获得博士指导奖，并于2025年获得德国运筹学学会颁发的终身成就科学奖。
