内容摘要:
In this talk, we consider a full Navier-Stokes and $Q$-tensorsystem for incompressible liquid crystal flows of nematic type.In the twodimensional periodic case, we prove the existence and uniqueness of globalstrong solutions that areuniformlybounded in time. This result is obtained without any smallness assumption onthe physical parameter$\xi$ that measures the ratio between tumbling and aligning effects of a shearflow exerting over the liquidcrystal directors. Moreover, we discuss the long-time behavior of the system.
