报告摘要：Nanoparticle especially nanocarbon reinforced light weight metals have attracted considerable attention due to their great potential for lightweight engineering to meet the worldwide demand for energy saving and CO2 emission reduction. However, there are great challenges associated with the utilization of nanoparticle/light metal composites: 1. to find simple and efficient fabrication methods which can be easily scaled up for industrial application; 2. to achieve homogeneous dispersion of nanoparticles; 3. to ensure stable interfacial bonding with the metal matrix; and 4. to understand and exploit the different reinforcing mechanisms. 

报告人简介：黎倩倩，英国爱丁堡大学博士，德国埃朗根-纽伦堡大学博士后，现为英国帝国理工大学Elsie Widdowson 基金学者。其研究方向为：纳米粒子高分子基和金属材料基复合材料的成型、性能表征和模拟，高分子复合材料，金属复合材料。在国际高影响因子的杂志上发表多篇论文，并多次受邀于大型国际会议做主题报告。她已成功获得多个科研项目基金，包括德国科学基金会个人项目基金，英国科学基金会基金等。 主持参加多个与airbus UK (英国), YTC America Inc. USA （美国）等企业的合作项目。
