原三领,教授,博士生导师,上海理工大学应用数学硕士点学科带头人,中国数学会生物数学学会常务理事,美国《Mathematical Reviews》评论员。研究方向为微分方程与动力系统、生物数学。曾先后主持3项国家自然科学基金面上项目、3项上海市教委项目的研究工作。研究内容涉及微分方程与动力系统、种群动力学、流行病动力学、海洋生态学以及生物化学工程等诸多领域,具有多学科交叉的特点。已在Journal of Mathematical Biology、Journal of Theoretical Biology等国内外重要学术刊物上发表SCI论文60余篇。


内容摘要:

Toxin-producing phytoplankton (TPP) and environmental fluctuations are important factors influencing the real aquatic ecosystems. Whether planktonic blooms are related to these factors is an interesting problem. In this paper, based on bottom-up mechanism, we first propose anutrient–phytoplankton (NP) model with TPP under environmental fluctuations and study the extinction and persistence in mean. We also investigate the existenceof ergodic stationary distribution. Taking into account seasonal variation,then we extend the NP model into a non-autonomous stochastic model and investigate the existence of periodic solution. Combined with the published data,we numerically illustrate the obtained results. From the oretical analysis andnumerical simulations, periodic oscillatory succession of planktonic blooms can be seen clearly, which suggests that toxin-producing phytoplankton and environmental fluctuations play a key role in the termination of algal blooms.
