东华大学纤维材料改性国家重点实验室自1992年建立以来，坚持“开放、流动、联合、竞争”八字方针，在凝聚学科人才、促进科研发展、构筑研究平台、扩大学术交流等方面取得了显著成绩，2003、2008、2013年三次通过国家评估，2018年在第四次国家评估中获评“优秀类国家重点实验室”。

为促进国内外学术合作和交流，扩大国家重点实验室作为学术交流和科学研究中心的作用，提高所在领域的学术研究水平，根据《国家重点实验室建设与管理暂行办法》、《国家重点实验室专项经费管理办法》及实验室发展规划，纤维材料改性国家重点实验室设立开放课题，诚挚邀请国内外相关领域的研究人员进行申请，鼓励与本室固定人员联合申报。所申请的开放课题将本着“公平竞争、科学评审、择优支持”的原则，经专家组初审，主任办公会审议，由实验室学术委员会审定。

现将2023年开放课题项目基金指南公布如下：

一、资助研究方向

1、高性能纤维与复合材料；

2、功能纤维与智能制造；

3、绿色纤维与健康材料；

4、前沿纤维与杂化材料。

二、资助原则

1、开放课题基金主要资助对象应具有副高职称及以上或博士学位，并在国内外知名高等院校、科研机构、产业部门中获得一定工作经验的教学、科研及工程技术人员。为了鼓励年青人才脱颖而出，优先资助45岁以下的中青年专业人员作为课题负责人的研究项目，鼓励与实验室研究方向紧密结合、有助于提升实验室产业基础的企业相关技术人员申请。申请人应以本实验室的一个研究组为依托，受到资助后与依托课题组合作开展实质性研究工作。

2、每项开放课题资助经费为5-10万元，研究期限为两年。

3、研究课题需与本实验室研究方向相关，鼓励和本实验室的相关研究组结合。

4、鼓励学科交叉以及与本实验室优势互补的研究课题。

三、申请办法

1、申请人须认真填写《纤维材料改性国家重点实验室（东华大学）开放课题申请书》，纸质版申请书一式两份，须由申请人和单位负责人签字，并加盖公章；电子版申请书通过电子邮件发送（盖章页请扫描后附上）。

2、实验室常年接收开放课题申报材料，2023年度开放课题申请截止日期：2022年8月31日。

State Key Laboratory for Modification of Chemical Fibers and PolymerMaterials, Donghua University Application Notification of 2023OpenResearch Fund

Since it was founded in 1992, SKLFPM has successfully passed nationalassessments in 2003, 2008 and 2013, and awarded the “Excellent National Key Laboratory” in the fourth national assessment in2018. During these years, it has made significant achievements in many fieldssuch as attracting disciplinary talents, promoting the development ofscientific research, constructing the research platform, expanding the academiccommunication under the guidance thepolicy of SKLFPM, Openness,Mobility, Cooperation, Competition.In order to promote domestic and internationalacademic communication andcooperation, introduce high-level talents in variousforms, improve the academic research level and teaching level of SKLFPM, andstrengthen the role of high-level discipline construction and high-levelinnovative talent cultivation,the open project fund is set according to thepertinent regulations of Ministry of Education “Opinions on theimplementation of the visiting scholar system in the State Key Laboratory ofHigher Education and the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education”, “TheAdministrative Regulations for Special Funds for Visiting Scholars in the StateKey Laboratory of Colleges and the Key Laboratory of Key Laboratory of theMinistry of Education” and “The Administrative Regulations for theConstruction of State Key Laboratories”, State Education Commission “TheAdministrative Regulations for Open Labs in Colleges and Universities”, We sincerely invite domestic and foreign researchers inrelated fields to applythe open research project and encourage jointapplication with our laboratory’s researchers. The laboratory academic committee will determine theopen projecton the principle of fair competition, scientific review,support for the best”.

Theguidelines for 2023 annual open fund project are released as follows:

I. Mainresearch fields

1.High performance fibers and composite materials;

2.Functionalfibers and intelligent manufacturing;

3.Greenfibers and health materials;

4.Cutting-edgefibers and hybrid materials. 

II. Funding principles

1.The applicant of the open research fund should at least have an associateprofessor position or Ph.D degree and get some teaching, research orengineering experiences in domestic or foreign well-known universities,research institutions and companies. In order to improve the growth of youngscientists, SKLFPM preferentiallysupports applicants under 45 yearsold. We encourage the technicists whose research directions arerelated to laboratory and will be helpful to improve industrial base of ourlaboratory to apply for fund. The applicants should combine with ourlaboratory’s research group and conduct substantive cooperation afterfunded by laboratory.

2.Eachproject can be supported 50,000 to 100,000 RMB and usually lasts twoyears.

3.Encourageinterdisciplinary and complementary research with our laboratory.

III.Application

1.The applicant shall fill in the application form The Open ProjectApplication Form of State Key Laboratory for Modification of Chemical Fibersand Polymer Materials, Donghua University and submit duplicate hardcopiesand electronic edition. The application form shall be signed by the applicantand the person in charge of the unit, with the official seal affixed beforesubmitting the proposal to SKLFPM. The electronic application form should besealed, scanned and sent to sklfpm@dhu.edu.cn by e-mail.
