主讲内容简介：

This research seminar will focus on sharing thereflections on the presenter’s own experience and lessons in conductingresearch, writing and publishing papers in leading international business andmanagement journals and his over ten years’ experience in serving on theeditorial boards of leading journals as a reviewer and an associate editor. Inparticular, his experience in reviewing and handling research papers submittedby scholars from Mainland China. Using real examples, Professor Jiang will sharehis observations of the general and critical issues that contribute torejections as well as the strength of the manuscript prepared and submitted byChinese scholars. He will share with you some key takeaways for developing highquality papers with a better chance of getting published. Specifically,Professor Jiang will delineate on how to effectively and efficiently structurea paper and what key contents should be included in each section in a paperwith desirable standards. Discussions may also touch on other issues such asstrategies for research collaboration and publishing as well as for academiccareer development. The presenter strongly encourages two-way communicationsduring the seminar time. 

主讲人简介：

姜福明，皇家墨尔本理工大学管理学院国际商务战略管理教授，曾任国际商务与创新创业系主任。主要研究领域为国际跨国海外直接投资战略决策及经营管理。其在理论发展和推广方面主要贡献包括海外市场进入模式、跨国公司与本土公司竞争优势与劣势、中外合资企业知识创新与母公司知识分享机制、高层管理者的全球礼野对跨国公司的战略决策及跨国企业的影响等。研究成果发表于Journal ofInternational Business Studies、Journal of World Business, Journal of International Management, GlobalStrategy Journal, Management International Review, Journal ofBusiness Ethics等期刊。
