THE 2007 Shanghai International Fashion Culture Festival will kick off next Thursday. A group of talented domestic designers, including Zhang Zhaoda, Luo Zheng and Xie Feng, will bring their latest designs to the city.

    The one-month festival will also feature an international fashion forum at Donghua University, the "Fashion Shanghai 2007" textile expo at Shanghai New International Expo Center in Pudong, an exhibition of Shanghai's famous local fashion brands at Shanghai Citic Square and the 2007 Shanghai International Model Competition.
