报告人简介:
孙彤,现任陶氏化学建筑与化学品亚太事业部研发总监。主要研究方向为化学合成与配方科学。自2010年起带领化学合成与配方科学两个部门,近30位科研人员,通过参与北美总部研发中心资助的中长期研发项目如先进有机光电材料,新能源材料等,在分子设计,有机合成, 乳液聚合,界面化学,高通量配方领域发展出若干独特的技术平台。更重要的是利用这些技术平台与本土的业务部门及战略伙伴合作,面向本地市场,以人为本,绿色创新,在短短数年间成功开发出一批令人瞩目的新产品,新技术,.为公司和社会每年创造经济价值约3000万元。五年来,孙博士带领的两个课题组已共计申请80篇国际专利,为陶氏多个业务部门培养输送了十多位业务骨干,其中三人走上了管理岗位,三人成为了技术专家。

Recent advancements in waterborne resin polymer design, crosslinker selection, as well as the formulation package development have produced waterborne systems with a set of properties that are comparable, even superior to their standard solventborne analogs. In this report, a detailed overview on Dow Chemical’s Ecoground™ pure acrylic waterborne running track system is provided from its acrylic binder design, crosslinker selection, and formulation package development towards successful application in waterborne running tracks, and indoor/outdoor sports courts. This report presents a successful high performance 2K waterborne acrylic binder system development for Green Campus Solution in China.
