主讲人简介:董常明,上海交通大学,化学化工学院高分子科学与工程系,理学博士、教授、博士生导师。2008年教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”入选者,2011年、2012年度上海市优秀硕士论文导师。主要从事生物降解高分子、仿生高分子、高分子纳米生物材料的设计与合成及其在药物控制释放、纳米医学等领域的研究工作。发表SCI论文70余篇,以通讯和第一作者发表IF>3的SCI论文50余篇,H指数为32。


内容摘要:Great interests have been devoted to the stimuli-responsive polymeric drug delivery systems in recent years. In this talk, I will focus on the Synthesis, Stimuli-Sensitive Nanomedicines and Hydrogels of Biodegradable Polymers. First, Dendron-like/linear biodegradableblockcopolymers composed of PCL or polypeptides were synthesized via the combination of controlled ROP and click chemistry. Second, supramolecular reverse micelles and micellar hydrogels were fabricated from the dendron-like/linear polypeptide-b-PEO copolymers via the cooperation of host-guest chemistry and hydrogen-bonding interactions. Third, Multi-armed biodegradable and bioreducible block copolymers mPCL-b-PEO were synthesized by thiol–yne click chemistry. Finally, a novel strategy is introduced to fabricate a two-photon sensitive and sugar-targeting nanocarrier from biodegradable and dendritic amphiphiles, and the anticancer drug DOX can be released in a controlled manner by changing the light irradiation time.
